About the Role:

GFL Environmental is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Industrial Cleaning Specialist. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain environmental and safety standards at our site
  • Perform specialized industrial cleaning tasks, including power washing and high-pressure water blasting
  • Unload trucks, operate forklifts, and other heavy equipment as required
  • Assist with administrative duties and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial cleaning and maintenance
  • Experience working in industrial settings and with heavy equipment
  • Previous experience with vacuum trucks, industrial power-washing, or water-blasting is an asset
  • Confined space entry and work at heights experience is also an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Class G license required; AZ/DZ license is considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Health and safety conscious and oriented
