Our Team

We're looking for a talented, passionate User Experience designer to join our team, with specific focus on developing and refining GenAI design solutions for our portfolio products. The ideal candidate is comfortable with complexity and solving hard problems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine GenAI design solutions for our portfolio products
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering partners
  • Collaborate and product ownership is essential
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for technical and business executives internally and externally
  • Experience with UX design of complex workflows
  • Experience working with enterprise design systems
  • Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Requirements
  • 8+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role
  • Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
  • Bachelor's degree in design / human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent years of experience
  • Professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design

The base salary for this position ranges from $90,500/year up to $151,100/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
