Executive Director Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as the Associate Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to support the Executive Director, the Governing Circle, and the Survivors Circle in their governance roles.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage administrative, operational, and financial functions, and ensure the continued growth and ability to fulfill our mandate.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the Governing Circle and Survivors Circle to ensure their proper support in their governance roles
- Support the Executive Director in advancing the Strategic Plan and ensure effective use of human and financial resources
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to keep the stories and truths of Survivors alive and ensure their voices remain central to the national conversation
- Work closely with Elders, Indigenous communities, nations, and people to lead reconciliation efforts
