We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at Daizen Joinery Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the fabrication and assembly of wood products.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
- Dental, health care, and vision care benefits
- Temporary employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours of work per week
