We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fort St. John Hospital. As a Staff RN in the PACU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in an acute clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Vision, Values, Ethics, and Standards of Northern Health and the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams using verbal and written communication
- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Advanced education in an approved enhanced specialty post-anesthetic education course
- Two years of recent, related clinical experience aligned with unit-specific competencies
- Comprehensive benefit packages, including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan
- Four weeks of vacation with one year of continuous service
