Rocky Mountain Equipment (RME) is a leading dealer of Case IH and Case Construction equipment in Canada, with 43 branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. We're committed to providing a consistent, reliable, and safe experience to our customers and building long-lasting relationships with the community.

As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you'll have opportunities for growth and advancement with various training options, tuition reimbursement, and tool allowances. You'll work closely with the Service team to ensure parts and machinery are properly functioning, which is essential for keeping our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions
  • Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts
  • Perform updates, pre-season delivery inspections, and pre-season inspections
  • Complete work orders and enter technician notes into computer
  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Fluency in English language
  • Experience working on CASE IH agriculture equipment is an asset
  • Problem-solving skills
  • No specific education requirement
  • Two to three years' work experience in a similar role is an asset
