**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and final project evaluations.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public health, or social sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Master's degree in project management or a related field.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of Lean-Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
