Position Overview

The Warehouse Operations Manager at FLYINGSTAR COURIER INC plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our logistics and distribution center. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Plan and manage the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance collaboration.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of computer systems and machinery.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements to boost productivity and product quality.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff members.
  • Oversee, assign, and evaluate work performance.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
