Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Stein Excavation Technologies. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Support framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Participate in demolishing buildings, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, prioritizing environmental safety and well-being.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
