Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of commercial transport trucks to identify and repair or replace faulty parts and components.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to locate and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal vehicle performance.
  • Parts and Labour Estimation: Accurately estimate parts and labour costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing transparent and competitive pricing to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, advising clients on work performed and future repair requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including problems encountered and solutions implemented.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A strong foundation in mechanical repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language and Communication: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with regular exposure to heavy equipment and physical demands.
