About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at 360 Demolition and Environmental Services. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that concrete finishes meet our high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Estimating: Assist in estimating costs and materials for future projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and dusty conditions.
  • Work Setting: Construction site.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Overtime required, permanent position, 32-35 hours per week, English language.
