We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Writer to join our team at Syneos Health. As a Medical Writer, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality clinical content that meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical research and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical content strategies that meet client needs.
- Write and edit clinical documents, including protocols, reports, and submissions, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior writers to ensure consistency and quality in clinical content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical writing, with a strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
