Position Overview

Nens Elite Cleaning is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning personnel to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Supervision: Direct and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and propose additional services such as maintenance, repairs, or renovations as needed.
  • Hands-On Support: Assist cleaning staff in their duties to ensure a thorough cleaning process.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to align cleaning schedules and requirements.
Qualifications

Education: No formal degree required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
