We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at DA. Mangatz Inc. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Job Summary:

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees, visitors, and clients. This includes sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting elevators, restrooms, and other high-touch areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators, restrooms, and other high-touch areas
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities and services
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Working Conditions:

The Cleaner will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting, as well as working in a variety of weather conditions.
