As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
About this Opportunity:

Columbia View Lodge is a long-term care site with 76 beds, offering a range of services including adult day programs and community bathing programs.
