We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Free Bird Health Club Inc. as a Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll statements, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, including employee information and payroll records.
  • Clerical Duties: Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with personnel selection, benefits administration, and employee communications.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and balance period-end reports, reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements, and compile statistics and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
