Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant - Enterprise Data & Records Specialist to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. As a key member of our Enterprise Data and Records Management Office (EDRMO), you will play a critical role in delivering business services and consultative support on the identification, retention, and disposition of records and data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Business Services: Provide expert advice and support to business stakeholders on data management best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  2. Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain effective data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  3. Lead Data Management Initiatives: Drive the development and implementation of data management strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  4. Support Risk and Control Activities: Collaborate with risk management teams to identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with business stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing on data management initiatives and best practices.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale records and data management programs within financial institutions.
  2. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in managing programs, teams, or projects, with a focus on data management and governance.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in data management, governance, and compliance, with experience in implementing solutions for record management.
