Role Overview

As a key member of the team, the Video Production and Editing Expert will report directly to the Brand and Content Manager. This position is pivotal in crafting and conveying the creative vision through various assigned video projects. Utilizing your expertise as a camera operator and editor, you will harness your creativity and meticulous attention to detail to enhance our projects, delivering compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience while highlighting our extensive range of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit captivating promotional videos that engage viewers;
  • Oversee on-site filming to capture essential visuals and manage the post-production process;
  • Utilize professional-grade cameras as well as mobile devices, demonstrating high technical and artistic proficiency;
  • Execute editing tasks within specified deadlines;
  • Conduct music research and perform audio mixing for audiovisual materials;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout both production and post-production phases;
  • Work alongside the team to innovate new formats for audiovisual content;
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external approval processes for all content managed;
  • Supervise the creative workflow, ensuring technical standards for graphic elements are met and necessary approvals are secured;
  • Plan, produce, and coordinate all materials needed for in-store displays.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity;
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects;
  • Familiarity with Davinci Resolve is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of the post-production workflow;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential;
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team;
  • A creative mindset with a talent for filming and storytelling through video editing;
  • Experience in both indoor and outdoor filming (preferred);
  • Knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media marketing channels;
  • Experience in the retail industry is advantageous;
  • Familiarity with the sports sector, fashion, and sports practices is a plus.
