  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Activities

The Farm Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Maintain Farm Safety and Bio-Security

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Manage Crop and Livestock Production

The Farm Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of crops and livestock, ensuring that all quality control and production records are maintained.

Perform General Farm Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general farm duties, including maintaining work records and logs.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Experience

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

The language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
