About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Consultant to join our team in York. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in building relationships with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to match mobility and assisted living products with the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions to clients by working closely with therapists to select the best-fit mobility device.
  • Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to expand our network and create new opportunities.
  • Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences to demonstrate products and services to clients and their teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in selling, maintaining, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry, or a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Long Term Care, or another healthcare area.
  • Strong sales drive, problem-solving skills, and ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns and meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record, as well as a clean criminal background check and bondability.
