Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at LMC Maintenance Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities are safe and clean. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Provide staff training
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods
Work Environment

The Cleaning Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
