Position Overview

Qualifications

Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced retail business where you will be expected to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for the team.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
