Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Officer to join our team. As a Mobile Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-visibility patrols of assigned areas, ensuring the security of personnel, visitors, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-visibility patrols of assigned areas, on foot and in company vehicles
  • Ensure the security of all personnel, visitors, and the general public
  • Respond to and investigate incidents, including theft, trespassing, vandalism, and fire
  • Monitor property access control and investigate security breaches
  • Communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
  • Respond to and investigate alarms, ensuring properties are secure and in order before departing

Requirements

  • Hold a valid BC Security License
  • Have a valid Class 4 or 5 Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract
  • Strong knowledge of Road Safety
  • Relevant security experience and relevant experience in the security or customer service industry
  • Excellent customer service and professional deportment
  • High standard for safety and a passion for security
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

Security officers may be required to work extended hours and be part of an on-call team for urgent scheduling needs.
