Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at 2172058 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
