Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Menu Planning and Inventory Management: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and meet health and safety standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
