Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Farm Hand/Labourer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our feedlot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Properly handle and care for cattle
  • Conduct regular checks and treatments to maintain animal health
  • Process cattle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain clean and safe working conditions in pens and surrounding areas
  • Operate front-end loader and other equipment as required
  • Haul manure and silage as needed
  • Perform general farm maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Valid driver's license required; Class 1 or 3 license an asset
