We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Mover to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. As a Mover, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth relocation of our customers' belongings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist drivers with pre- and post-trip truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
  • Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings using proper techniques and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting customers' needs
  • Collaborate with drivers to organize and secure trucks at the end of each job
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in GPS/map reading and ability to communicate directions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen and take instruction from drivers regarding customer service and moving strategies
  • Language Skills: ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees
  • Mathematical Skills: ability to perform calculations using whole numbers and decimals
  • Reasoning Ability: ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
  • Physical Demands: ability to stand, walk, talk, sit, and lift 100 pounds or more
