About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable Kitchen Night Cleaner to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Clean and maintain the dishwashing machines, jet components, and stainless steel surfaces.
  • Empty garbage containers and recycling bins, and ensure the loading dock is clean and well-maintained.
  • Participate in team efforts to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and ability to remain calm and courteous at all times.
