About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Equisoft. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in working closely with clients to gather formal requirements and translate those requirements into clearly defined deliverables for our implementation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive requirement sessions with clients to gather business process and technical requirements
  • Translate insurance product requirements into business and functional requirements
  • Work with the team leads and client Subject Matter Experts to identify and document solutions
  • Present and recommend solutions to clients that meet their business needs
  • Support the project manager and development team by owning the documentation of business requirements
Requirements
  • University Degree or commensurate experience
  • Experience working with insurance policy administration systems and e-applications
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
