Job Description

Job Title: Senior Front End Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Web Developer to join our team at TEEMA Solutions Group Inc. as a Microsoft.Net Web Application Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing modern web applications using Microsoft.Net, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Entra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex web application components using Microsoft.Net, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Entra.
  • Guide team members in the design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of web application components and overall website design.
  • Provide technical feedback on business requirements, identifying potential solutions, approaches, and associated risks/mitigation options.
  • Prepare technical documentation to support projects and transition technical knowledge to support teams.
  • Liaise with healthcare and technical partners to represent technical needs and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in web development using.Net.
  • Experience with modern web presentation frameworks.
  • Experience with security technologies such as Microsoft Entra, Entra External ID, and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of technical designs, specifications, and principles of systems and software applications.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills to coordinate with project teams through project phases.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers, patients/clients, senior leadership team, and/or the community.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Diploma in computer technology or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of healthcare IT experience, including an understanding of the role with respect to data integration and interfaces.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring technical development teams.

Working Conditions:

This position will work primarily remote, however, regular attendance for meetings/workshops at the Saskatoon office location may be required.
