About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fixed Wing Pilot to join our team at Ornge. As a PC12 First Officer, you will be responsible for the safe operation of our Pilatus PC12 aircraft, ensuring the well-being of our crew and passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Pilatus PC12 aircraft in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the Captain to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Participate in pre-flight and post-flight checks to maintain aircraft safety and performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Pilot License
  • 500 hours of total flight time
  • Current Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) certification
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Prior experience as a PC12 pilot and/or in emergency medical services (EMS) is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
