About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the effective use of technology and processes.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business requirements, specifications, and recommendations to improve business processes and productivity.
  • Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules, and develop meeting objectives and agendas.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, external vendors, and implementation specialists to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver informative presentations, and contribute to conversations to facilitate effective team interaction.
  • Prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional, and engaging.

Requirements:


  • 5 years or more of business and/or technical experience.
  • Experience implementing 3rd party software products.
  • Post-secondary degree.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and product evaluation skills.
  • Ability to test planning and execution, and training.
