Position Overview

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst to lead and enhance our Supply Chain ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and enhancement of Supply Chain ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather and document business requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of various IT artifacts.
  • Facilitate project solutions through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, including the documentation of Technical Specification Documents (TSD) and High-Level Designs (HLD).
  • Engage in discussions regarding requirements and scope trade-offs with application teams and business sponsors.
  • Assist the Solution Architect in defining the overall solution strategy in collaboration with Technology stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate code drop timelines in alignment with business delivery expectations.
  • Provide support to testing teams, including consultation on test plans and managing defect triage.
  • Coordinate team efforts to address complex issues and escalate to executive levels as necessary.
  • Promote quality, innovation, and effective communication regarding issues and opportunities. Mentor team members in delivery, issue management, and risk assessment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud and WMS.
  • Proven experience in designing business processes and systems solutions.
  • Experience in developing and executing test plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate activities effectively.
