About the Role

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Program Lead. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat out-patient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students as preferred.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources.
  • Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment.
