Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Convenience Store Sales Associate to join our team at ST-ONGE FORD INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process Payments: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and reconcile daily sales with total sales.
  • Suggestive Selling: Offer customers products and services that meet their needs, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Availability: 15 to 22 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
