About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Wash Technician to join our team at POIRIER KIA. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate various cleaning machines and equipment to clean the interior and exterior of motor vehicles.
  • Clean Vehicles: Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Vacuum and Clean Floors: Vacuum and clean floors, including carpets, rugs, and other surfaces.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: A Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate is required.
Work Environment

This is a wet/damp work environment, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.

Physical Demands
  • Manual Dexterity: You must have good manual dexterity and be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be able to pay close attention to detail and ensure that all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to a high standard.
  • Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: You must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks that require it.
