Position Overview

The Transportation Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trucking fleet. This role involves ensuring efficient logistics and the smooth functioning of transport activities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the transportation sector
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production and operational reports
  • Conduct training sessions or coordinate training for staff
  • Monitor and manage signal and track switch control panels
  • Coordinate and schedule transport activities effectively
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance
