Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bellstand Host to join our team at Marriott International. As a Bellstand Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing directions and information about hotel amenities and services.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Inform guests of hotel amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, ice and vending areas, in-room safes, and valet laundry services.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, and assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage.
• Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation for guests/visitors, recording advance transportation requests as needed.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
