Join Our Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group

We're seeking a seasoned credit analyst with 7-10 years of experience in project finance, specifically in the energy sector. As an Associate Director, you'll play a key role in analyzing and rating infrastructure and project finance transactions, including wind, LNG, solar, and transmission projects in the US and Canada.

  • Conduct ratings analysis and research on new and existing North American transactions
  • Identify relevant trends, assess their credit impact, and highlight these trends in industry-focused reports and presentations
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, as well as legal documents, to produce ratings, credit reports, and special research reports

In collaboration with senior team members, you'll engage with senior management, investment bankers, and financial advisors to produce ratings and reports for general publication. This role offers high visibility and solid growth potential, with the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the success of our Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on ratings analysis and research on new and existing North American transactions
  • Identify relevant trends, assess their credit impact, and highlight these trends in industry-focused reports and presentations
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, as well as legal documents, to produce ratings, credit reports, and special research reports

Requirements:

  • Proven project finance and infrastructure credit skills gained in a bank credit department, rating agency, buy-side credit department, or similar
  • Solid writing and verbal communication skills
