Merchandising Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at RDTS. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise products, including facing, cleaning, and product rotation
  • Identify marketing opportunities through cross-merchandising and mass merchandising techniques
  • Install and maintain displays
  • Read and execute planograms during resets
  • Perform daily reports using our mobile reporting app
  • Maintain excellent relationships with store managers
  • Execute special mandates required by clients, such as audits and displays
Requirements:
  • Must have a car
  • Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset
  • Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to occasionally carry and lift loads up to 15 kgs
  • Ability to cover your territory, with mileage reimbursement policy applicable
