About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Web Developer/Programmer to join our team at H3Creative Inc. as a key member of our development team. As a senior developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our web applications, working closely with senior managers and designers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Development: Collaborate with senior managers to design, develop, and deploy web applications, utilizing your expertise in PHP, MySQL, CSS3, JSON, JQuery, and AJAX.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of coding practices and technical expertise.
  • Project Management: Prioritize, schedule, track, and ensure the timely completion of multiple web-based projects simultaneously, identifying and resolving defects and issues as they arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to streamline user interface and user functions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist with user testing and the implementation of feedback and improvements from beta testers and managers.
Requirements
  • Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in web development/programming, and/or minimum of 5 years of experience in a directly related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with HTML5, WordPress, ASP, Action Script, APIs, JAVA, OOP, and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CS6 or CC).
    • Knowledge of.NET and mobile development.
    • Server administration (LAMP).
    • Knowledge of OpenID.
    • Experience integrating 3rd party APIs into applications.
    • Cloud computing.
    • Experience with NoSQL databases.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Social competence to work in a team environment and offer/accept different perspectives.
    • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing situations.
    • High attention to detail.
