Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Swan Spa Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide directory assistance to clients and staff.
  • Training and Support: Participate in diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, and provide support to Indigenous workers through mentorship and coaching opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
