Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at Swiftsure Taxi Co. Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and conduct performance reviews to evaluate their progress.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
