Work Environment

The position is based in a restaurant setting, where you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating special events and menu planning
  • Estimating food requirements and costs
  • Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes
  • Accommodating customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensuring cleanliness in kitchen and work areas

Expertise in Thai cuisine is preferred.
