Senior Product Manager Enterprise Client Data

The Chief Data Office's Enterprise Client Data team is embarking on a strategic initiative to develop and deploy a centralized Enterprise Client Data Master (CDM) in collaboration with RBC's business platforms. This ambitious project aims to accelerate the build and deployment of a robust CDM, enabling seamless data integration and exchange across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the Enterprise Client Data Master (CDM) strategy, ensuring alignment with RBC's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business platforms, to design and deploy a scalable and secure CDM infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and data governance teams, to ensure effective data management and governance.
- Design and implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Monitor and report on CDM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in data management and governance, with a strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of RBC's business objectives and strategies.
