Director, EPMO

Our Insurance client is seeking a seasoned Director, EPMO to lead the development and implementation of a centralized corporate program and project management office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in P&C insurance industry experience and a proven track record of driving successful execution and delivery of portfolios of programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and scale a centralized corporate program and project management office
  • Drive the successful execution and delivery of portfolios of programs and projects
  • Enable hybrid and agile program and project management practices and processes
  • Lead a team of program and project managers serving functions across the company
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in Project Management or Portfolio Management
  • 7+ years of management/leadership and people management experience
  • Experience in P&C insurance industry
  • Agile
  • Ability to relay complex technical concepts and solutions to business partners and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Guidewire cloud platform (Policy Center, Billing Center & Claims Center)
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Master, Kanban, Prince2
