About the Role

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Roofing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of roofers, apprentices, and labourers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project requirements are met and that clients are satisfied with the work.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that they are within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in roofing operations or a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Setting: Construction, installation, commercial, industrial, and service industries.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with a valid driver's license.
