About the Role

We are seeking a junior to mid-level transactional associate to join our Life Sciences Licensing and Commercial Transactions practice in the Northern Virginia office of Cherry Blossom Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions, including licensing, collaboration agreements, and commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and other commercial transactions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support transactional work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of business strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries.
  • Substantial experience in licensing, collaboration agreements, and commercial transactions.
  • Outstanding writing and analytical skills.
  • Top academic credentials.
  • Virginia Bar membership.
