Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Engage with key business stakeholders to develop learning, training, and knowledge-based initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Content Development: Work with internal Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and implement learning materials, tools, and methodologies that support business needs.
- Program Delivery: Develop and deliver programming based on new or changing business requirements, including modification or updates to existing programs and delivery strategies as required.
- Knowledge Management: Support business units in the development of Desk Procedures and other knowledge-based tools and job aids.
- Best Practices: Identify and influence best practices for knowledge development and transfer within Operations.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programming to ensure continuous development and business improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Education, Business, Communications, or equivalent with a specialization in adult learning or technical writing/instructional design.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of learner programming development and delivery experience in a technical or industrial environment (utility experience preferred).
- Skills: Proven ability/experience in the above-noted responsibilities, demonstrated experience in designing, planning, implementing, and delivering training, knowledge, and learner-based initiatives, experience working with and coaching teams through knowledge development and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, and instructional design technologies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive outcomes.
- Attendance and Performance: Proven track record of good attendance and job performance.
