Job Title: Painter and Maintenance Specialist

Smart Hand Corp is seeking a skilled Painter and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Attention to detail
  • Physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Ability to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
